HOUSTON - Hillary Horn and Paige Horn are shown at the Houston High School History Department after placing a poster in honor of Veterans Day last week. They are members of the Horse Nation Society of the Children of the American Revolution in Chickasaw County. Posters were also placed at Hebron Christian School by Horse Nation members Laura Catherine Horn, Gray Crosthwait, and Wilkes Crosthwait.

The Society is planning a Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day at 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 7, 2008 at the Family Life Building of the First United Methodist Church. The public is invited to attend and share in this special program honoring the memory of the military personnel who fought and died in this attack on our country.

Horse Nation Society of the Children of the American Revolution was organized on December 7, 1997, and will be celebrating the eleventh anniversary of the Society. Charter Members are invited to attend and will be especially honored.
