HOUSTON - Trace Regional Hospital Auxiliary met for a regular business meeting on February 4, with President Mildred Slaughter presiding. Chaplain Elizabeth Weaver gave the opening devotional about Valentine’s Day and love. She read scripture from Corinthians 1 and closed with prayer.

Glenda Scarbrough was welcomed by everyone as a new member. Naomi Toland gave a report on Lights of Love, a project to raise funds for the Relay for Life cancer drive.

The president conducted a review of work schedules and committee assignments. Members enjoyed delicious cookies and coffee provided by the dietary department.
